伊豆探検の一区切り、海岸線を一周。ルールは基本的に熱海を出発、国道を通り、川奈、南伊豆、戸田以北では より海よりに走れる県道を通り、熱海に戻る。

8時前に出発したが、宇佐美で財布がないことに気づき、ついでにガスを補給したりして湯河原から9時再出発に変更。それでも混んでいるにもかかわらず、 弓ヶ浜に11時には到着。ジャングルパークは封鎖され、石廊崎へは別ルートで行かなくてはいけないようだ。天気はまあまあかと思っていたが、松崎でなまこ壁を見て単車に戻る 時、雨がぱらついてきた。小雨だがなかなかやまず気持ちが重い。というのも単車のタイヤがすでに限界にきていて、パターンがすでに消えていたからだ。いままで見逃した堂ヶ島の天窓洞 を見て、黄金崎は行かなかった。雨だから。そして、戸田の先からいままで行かなかった、伊豆の北西部へ進入。沼津へ抜ける県道17号は道は細いが、ワインディングの楽しい道だ。雨も少しやんでいた。天気なら富士山 がみえるはずだが、対岸がうっすらもやの中で見える程度。

海岸に大きな船が見えてきた。帆船スカンジナビアだ。空腹もあり、食事してみることにした。係留されているからだろう、船は陸側に少し傾いていて、レストランでもそれは 変わらなかった。ローストビーフサンドがおいしかった。船を出ると、雨が本降りになっていた。国道136号にでて、熱函道路に入り、ついに一周したと、盛り上がりたいが、 タイヤは磨り減っていて、熱海へ下りる坂はびびりながらゆっくり下りた。達成感も半減。

I put going around the Izu peninsula into practice, due to achieve an emotional closure of sorts on this theme. Rule is simple: go along a coast if at all possible. Before noon, so I seemed to be trafficky every road. But, I reached Yumigahama about 11:00. When I came at Matsuzaki by way of closed 'Jungle park', it started raining. I felt blue, because a tire on my motorbike was very bald. Can't stop, can't bank, and I must go home over some kind of mountain pass. I wondered Do I stop downslope? When I entered Numazu city, couldn't see Mt.Fuji, but I saw like ria coast on the opposite shore of the bay in the mist. About 3 pm, I ate lunch at Scandinavia that redecorated ret. caravel.

I finished this trip, but it was still raining. It goes without saying that my feeling as went down Atami pass.

下田(へだ)の港を囲むように岬が南西から北に伸びている。海水浴なら途中の駐車場にとめるし、行こうと思えば神社の裏側まで乗り入れることができ、猫がいっぱいいる。神社は小さく、 周囲は小さい森に囲まれ、鳥居の前はすぐ海で、その近辺だけ海はマリンブルーをしている。他の西海岸の街同様富士山もよく見える。港ら辺は漁船やら工事用の船とかでごちゃついているが、 そっち(東側)を見ないで海のほう(西側)を見ていればとてもいいところだと思う。

In Heda harbor, Mihama cape is extend on an arched line to Suruga bey. There is the Shinto shrine, small museum, lighthouse, and beath. Narrow cape, but breathtaking scenery.

国道1号線のすぐ脇にあるにもかかわらず恐ろしく静かな公園のあちこちから湧水が湧いている。大きなものは展望台が ついていて、真上から見下ろすことができる。丸い枠の深い部分から水草を揺らしながら綺麗な湧水が大量にとめどなく湧きでてくる。夏に来たら涼しくて気持ちいいのだろう。冬はただ寒い。

There are many spring-fed pond in this park. If it will come in summer, I would feel nice and cool. In February, It's wicked cold!

無料駐車場はありますが、伊豆半島南端まで行くにはそこからさらに歩かなくてはなりません。ジャングルパークという閉館間際の施設を併設していて、その職員が車で平然と奥まで走って 行くのにはちょっと腹がたちます。蜘蛛の巣を避けながら灯台の横を通って半島南端に到着。伊豆諸島が見えるくらいで特に何もありません。帰りは上り坂になるので覚悟が必要。途中、 よく予報を外す石廊崎測候所がありますが、石を投げてはいけません。

城ヶ崎に並ぶ伊豆の名所。駐車場では係りの人が単車の止める場所まで案内してくれて、親切だった。晴れが続いたせいか、水量は少なめ。扇状に広がる白糸の滝に比べると劣るが、 迫力はまあまあ。駐車場の前にはいくつかのわさびソフト店が覇権を競っている。

This falls is one of the most famous landmark in Izu area.It was low flow at the top after had continued fine days. I ordered the Wasabi ice cream at near parking, but it had tasted like Hiki-tea. Why?

下田の東、爪木崎のある半島の南端にある小さい島。爪木崎は駐車場が有料なので行かなかった。ケチ。 恵比寿島の手前は漁村で、車も邪魔にならなければどこでもとめられそうだ。フナムシが多いですが、とても海が綺麗で、海も丸く見えます。 本当はハリスの小径とか玉泉寺とか見にきたけど、暑くてパス。
関係ないが、ガス欠で白浜近くのガソリンスタンドでしぶしぶ補給したら、リッター120円もとられた。こんだけ高いのは北海道の納沙布岬以来だ。恐るべし伊豆。

Yebisu island in the southernmost part of Tsumekisaki. It is beautiful small island near local fishing village.
Incidentally, the local gas stand near Shirahama demanded 120-Yen per one litter for gas! Horrible expensive!

伊東市を走る135号線は海岸に沿っている。海は気持ち良いが、風が強いと単車には向かない。

Rute 135 is along the coast on Ito city. To ride Motorcycle feel so good run along sea side road. If there is stiff breeze, it run much difficult.

中伊豆町の伊東西伊豆線から外れて川沿いに上った所にある。別名「裏見の滝」といい、崖に沿っていくと滝の裏側が見えるのだが、現在は立ち入り禁止でただの滝。周辺は公園に整備 されていて、わさび田やキャンプ場がある。売店では某公共放送で取り上げられたらしいわさびアイスが売っている。わさびがアイスに練り込まれているのではなく、アイスの上にその場で 擦った山葵を載せてくれる。そのままやんけ

Another name is 'Urami no taki' that it can go through behind waterfall. But now, you can't. Because this foothold had already break down. There is in Nakaizu city on the south.

伊東から南へ向かい、海側にでると、松並木の先に断崖の海岸があらわれる。ここの吊り橋は 伊豆観光で外せないスポットだ。到着した朝6時という時間は当然観光客はなく、近所の別荘に 住んでいる人が走っているのをみかけるくらい。ジョギングコースに海の吊り橋を渡る のはなんかすごい。
海岸へ抜ける道沿いの林にはリスがウロウロしていた。

Jogasaki is one out of best Izu tourism spot. It find the seaside of high precipice after go through a row of pine trees. Kadowaki suspension bridge between this precipices is high place, fine view. It's cool.

じっくり桜を見たかったので電車を利用しようと思ったが、運賃の高いのに驚き、単車で行く ことにした。恐るべし伊豆急行。平日の朝で、まだ観光客より通勤の車の方が多かった。 伊豆高原駅から桜並木通り沿いに数キロ桜並木が続く。ずっと上り坂、しかも歩道は桜の根で ぼこぼこで歩きづらい。バスで坂の上まで行って下りてくるのが良いと思う。車だと駐車場が 駅前なので、歩いて登るか、車で並木を通過するか。

I wanted to go to Izu-Kogen by train because saw slowly Sakura, but I went by motor bicycle for expensive train fare. In weekday morning, it was still at commuter time when I arrived. The cherry blossoms street continue for miles from the station. Because all uphill slope, and this pavement is uneven ground that grow a roots of their tree, you'll walk hardly.

来宮駅、梅園を過ぎ、箱根方面に山を登るとある。途中、この前バスがブレーキ故障で事故した現場がある。なぜこの程度の坂で？これでは日光のいろは坂ではカーブ毎にバス が落ちていそうなものだが。ケーブルカーで3分、展望台からはパノラマが広がる。すべては天気しだいで、天気が良ければ富士山や相模湾も見える。展望台は古く、いい雰囲気を だしている。ケーブルカーの斜面には誰が置いたか象とうさぎの人形が。こんな蛇足っぽさが日本の観光地らしい。

Jikkoku mountain pass is on way from Atami to Hakone, through Kinomiya St. and Atami-Baien. On this route, you'll find the spot that bus accident happened for brake trouble in last year. I guess its slope is easy angle. Why? If buses always happen accident in this angle, in Irohazaka it must drop to the ground every corner, I think. People go to the observatory by cable car for a few minute. From the observatory, unfold a panoramic view. If it's fine day, you can see Sagami gulf and Mt.Fuji. In slope of cable car, there is two advertising animal figure usually put in front of a drugstore. It's a superfluity, but It's quite a Japanese tourist spot, too.

来宮駅の前の道を少し山方向へ行くとある。早春は梅、秋はもみじが楽しめるが、その為 シーズンではない方は邪魔になってしまい、園内に梅満開とはいかない。おそらくカジノが できるまでは熱海でもっとも客が呼べる場所。年配の方々向け。一番奥にある韓国庭園は 韓国の大統領が来たときにつくったらしいが、酷い。酷すぎてお勧め。

Maybe Atami-Baien is most popular in Atami until make a casino (perhaps be impopossible). There's Baien through in front of Kinomiya St.. People enjoy an ume blossom in early spring and a Japanese maple in autumn, for an elderly person. Korean garden where is at bottom of Baien it was made when Korean president came Japan, it's poor. Overly too merciless, conversely I recommend :-)
