猫(飼い、のら問わず)が多い町が好きだ。熱海には猫が多い。以前住んでいた大森にもたくさんいた。 パリでは猫が市民権を得ているらしい。逆に野良犬がいるところは嫌いで、非衛生的なイメージがある (残念ながら網代で見かける)。
職業柄、猫が迷惑な人がいて、鼠捕りならぬ猫捕りを置いて捕まえるらしい。そして捕まえると そのまま・・・。あくまで聞いた話だが、これ以上熱海のイメージを悪くしない為、やめて欲しい。

I like a city that lived many cat(pet & ownerless). Atami lived them, and Omori that I lived in some years ago. Oppositely, dislike at a place to live a stray dog, because feel unhygienic there.
I heard that a few people set trap for a ownerless cat because the obstacle of their bussiness. If it is true, it must stop it. It's damage Atami's image, again.

折り畳み自転車で買物に行った。まずアパートから海岸へ一気に坂道を下り、繁華街まで坂道を 登る。駅前のコンビニへはさらに坂は急になるので自転車を降りて押す。スーパーや駅前に 自転車がまったく無い理由がわかった。熱海では自転車は坂だらけで有効な交通手段ではない。 そのくせバスの本数は少なく、お年寄りには不便極まりない。見たところ自転車の店も無く、 自転車が故障した時、どこに持っていけばいいのだろうか？

My fording bicycle has something wrong. When I went shopping, down to seaside and up to busy quarters. If go to outskirts of Atami station, must push a bicycle. I understood why there isn't some bicycles at all in front of a supermarket or station. Because of there is almost slopes in Atami, it is not a useful traffic facilities. And that the number of buses are very few, it's uselessness too. Many aged are hard. I never found bike shop to the present. If my bicycle break down, where do I repair it?

私が住んでいるのは、勤めている旅館にちかい３階建てのアパート。部屋は畳６畳と キッチンにユニットと必要以上に広い押し入れとクローゼット。部屋は海に近いが、 部屋は山側なので、眺望は良くない。しかし、屋上に上がってしまえば、まさに オーシャンビューのパノラマが広がる。熱海は東海岸なので、天気が良ければ海岸線から 朝日を望むことができる。下手なホテルより眺望は良いかもしれない。

I live in the apartment has three floors near Japanese hotel I worked. My room is on three floor, 1K style(one room ,kitchen and unit bus). Landscape is not good, because it faces mountainward. But go up on the roof, you will have panorama view of Sagami gulf. Atami faces east, so if the wheather is good, you will see sunshine from sea everyday. This view is better than some ordinary hotel, I think.
