Small Scene

Last revised 01/19/99

Jizo Statue
What is this. It's called jizo, a statue of being in Buddhashood who leads to salvation people. It is very popular in Japan among people. We can see these statues here and there in our island. They are usually on the roadside. Even now the neighborhood people offer flowers, cookis and fruit.

For what?
What is this small beautiful building? It is the toilet house in a small park. It's beautiful, so I took the picture.

Not a strange Scene?
What do you think this is? It's a place selling the vegetables that is grown by neighborhood farmers. Not strange? But there is no person who sells goods around here. Indeed, it's a no-person market, and you must pay money in the basket willingly if you want to buy the vegetables and other things there. And none knows if you don't pay the money for the goods except the Great Heaven perhaps. I don't know what troubles the farmers have, but we can seen such scenes in some places.
