| Part 3-Authorization (認可)

Permission to Use the Materials ： I grant non-exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual,
royalty-free,
worldwide rights to ACM SIGGRAPH to present at SIGGRAPH 2001 (including in
connection with the CAL project, if I have indicated above my wish to
participate in the CAL project) the material described in the submission form
with the online ID number referenced above and associated visual and audio
materials, including slides, video, film, and other presentation formats, and all
software, trade secret, copyright, trademark, patents, and any other proprietary
rights included therein (the "materials").

therein, I understand that it is my responsibility to secure any necessary

secure prior to performance) small performing rights licenses for the

organization publicity.

use. Upon receipt of such notice, ACM SIGGRAPH will discontinue such use,
