English, label the videotape and its container with the contact person's
name, affiliation, address, telephone number, title of piece(s), running
order (if appropriate), runtime(s), and timecode(s). |

英語において、あなたの名前、エントリー番号、住所、電話番号、affliliation(断片)、作品の長さ、タイムコード、作品タイトル名が記載されたラベルを作成し、ビデオテープとケースに貼ってください。

pieces may require editing for the Electronic Theater and then shown in
their entirety in the Animation Screening Rooms. Please indicate your
willingness to edit your piece for the Electronic Theater.
